Because of this philosophy, we treat the information you provide us in confidence. Sporty’s consistently works to improve Sporty’s security measures. However, no security system is foolproof and Sporty’s cannot guarantee the security of the user’s information.
When you visit Sporty’s Sites, our web server will recognize your Internet service provider. This collection of visitor information allows us to make our site work better for you. Your name and address are stored on our web server so it is available when you log in to your account with your username and password.
We use COOKIES, which are small files placed on your computer’s hard drive. By continuing to use Sporty’s Sites you agree for these files to be added. A cart may be considered abandoned after 30 minutes of inactivity/lack of purchase. Once the cart is considered abandoned, an SMS message may be sent as a reminder.
SMS messages will only be sent to users who have opted into the program. We will not share your choice to join our SMS campaign with anyone outside of what’s needed to provide the service. We may share your information, including whether you opted in to receive messages, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to messaging platforms, phone carriers, or service providers who support our SMS delivery.

You may opt-out of catalog mailings and/or our transfer of mailing lists to other companies. You may also access the information we have about you and make corrections or deletions it if it is inaccurate. We also receive mailing list information from other companies. We may also share personal information with third party marketing partners for commercial purposes.
When you place an order or contact our customer service team by phone, email or through electronic chat, we collect your personal information using recording technology, as permitted by applicable law.
This information is used to ensure accurate order processing, provide high-quality customer service, and support employee training and development.
We, and our third-party partners may record your keystroke activity and rhythms, mouse movements, scrolling and clicks when you use our websites or mobile applications for our internal business purposes, such as for website analytics, to improve our products and services, and to address functionality issues.
Personal information is released to law enforcement agencies if requested or if there is a court order.

Cookies
Each time a subscriber logs into this site, we store a temporary ‘cookie’ in the browser files of that subscriber’s computer. This cookie is used during your online session to allow you free access to the Subscribers Area, without repeatedly requiring you to re-enter your user name and password. Private Forums
We may provide our subscribers with a multi-tiered Discussion Forum that makes sharing information with other subscribers easy. To protect your privacy when posting or replying to messages in the message board, your personal information and email is not revealed.
However, remember that any information you disclose in the message board areas can be read by all other subscribers, so exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.
